These forms will be emailed to you upon registration completion.

ALL Adult attendees must complete the:

Adult Verification Form (MUST BE SIGNED BY THE CHURCH PASTOR AND SENT TO THE DISTRICT OFFICE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT)

Once you submit your registration these forms will be emailed to you or you can download them at http://www.georgiarangers.org

Once registered, refunds will not be issued.

I understand that each boy and adult must bring the required forms listed above and that the adult verification form must be mailed in by the 20th of September. I further understand that if I do not bring all required forms (fully completed) that those who do not have the forms will not be permitted into the event and will not receive a refund.
